ORGANIZERS

World Health Foundation (WHF) is a private, nonprofit charity. It undertakes the mission to build an international health platform for communication among global health organizations and their members, including government agencies, businesses, associations, and academies focusing on BT technology, medicine, disease prevention, healthcare and health education. On this basis, it tries to further the dialogue among global health leaders, and accelerate the demonstration and commercialization of health research findings for a healthier China, and a healthier world at large.

China Health Culture Association was established in Beijing in November 2014 after being approved by the China Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is under the supervision of China National Health Commission. Mr. Xiaohong Chen, a member of the 12th CPPCC National Committee and a former vice minister of National Health and Family Planning Commission, serves now as Chairman of the Association. The task of the Association is to serve the development strategy of Health China, to serve the development of health undertakings, to serve the deepening the reform of medical and health system and to serve the needs of medical workers and people’s demand for health culture. All enterprises, institutions, social organizations and advanced personnel from all walks of life are welcomed to join the Association through application if they’d like to commit to promoting the construction of medical and health culture.

China Association of Chinese Medicine (CACM) is the earliest and largest academic organization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in China. Directly affiliated with the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it operates under the guidance, supervision and administration of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST, governing body), and the Ministry of Civil Affairs (registration and administrative authority).

CACM is a national non-profit academic body registered legally with free participation of TCM-related technical and managemental personnel, as well as organizations engaging in TCM-related medical services, education, R&D, disease prevention, rehabilitation, production, and businesses. As part of CAST, it works as a bridge linking such individuals and organizations with the government, playing a key role in promoting the development of TCM in China.

China Institute of Strategy and Management (CISM) is a national first-grade academic body registered on June 17, 1989 under the ratification of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, PRC. It is a national comprehensive strategic research organization, bringing together professional scholars from national economic, political, cultural, social, and military circles in conjunction with a large group of amateur theoretical researchers. CISM aims to provide strategic decision-making consultation and policy proposals for the fundamental interest as well as the long-run development of the country and people. Many well-known senior political thinkers, diplomats, militarists, economists, and professors at home and abroad serve as senior advisors. CISM has built good relationships with international and domestic governmental organizations, academic bodies, and NGOs. Internationally known as the “strategic think tank of China,” it plays an important role in the field of civil diplomacy. CISM sponsors a magazine titled Strategy and Management.
